Information we receive
We may receive contact details, account information, order and license records, support messages, seller or affiliate application details, and payment-provider references needed to operate the service. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider rather than stored as full card data by Polo Themes.
How we use information
We use information to provide products and downloads, authenticate accounts, process orders, prevent abuse, answer support requests, operate affiliate and seller workflows, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Analytics and choices
On the public site we use privacy-bounded, event-based analytics to understand navigation and product journeys. We do not send passwords, order IDs, signed download URLs, or raw form values. Tracking is suppressed for browser privacy signals, automation, and local or staging hosts. You may disable Umami tracking with your browser settings or the umami.disabled local-storage flag.
Retention and sharing
We retain records for delivery, support, fraud prevention, tax, disputes, and audit. We share information with service providers only when needed to provide hosting, email, storage, analytics, and payment services. We do not sell personal information.
Your requests
For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, contact support with enough detail to identify the relevant account or order. Some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction purposes.
